Shani Talmor, born and raised in Israel, has traveled all over the world presenting her sensual and sexy style of Salsa. Trained in a variety of dance styles consisting of Ballet, Jazz, Hip-hop, Samba and Afro-Cuban, Shani is an energetic and explosive dancer! She is known all around the world for her unique, sexy styling and body movements on and off the dance floor. Shani has powerful stage presence, and a passionate love for teaching. Shani began making a name for herself in the Latin world in Israel in 2000, as part of the Israeli Salsa Academy “Latino Del Mundo”. Shani has been teaching and performing at Latin events and TV shows in Israel. She specializes in Cuban Style, L.A style, Ladies Style and Samba.

At the age of 20, Shani moved to Spain in order to dance and be part of the world renowned salsa dance company “Imperio Azteca” directed by Johnny Vazquez. After only 1 year in the group, Shani became Johnny’s permanent dance partner and the group’s primer female dancer. She is one of the most memorable dancers the group has had over the years.  In 2004, the group was voted “Best group of the year 2004″  by the Europesalsa community. In 2005, the group shifted it’s activities to Italy and became part of “Academia Latina” located in Caravaggio, Bergamo. Shani taught all different types of classes such as Ladies Styling, Cha Cha, Samba, L.A style and Mambo in the academy. She performed successfully with Johnny in dozens of international salsa congresses, festivals and Latin associations all over Europe. After 3 years in the group, Shani moved to NYC to be part of Caribbean Soul Dance Co. directed by Ismael Otero. Ismael and Shani show how well their style has become one. It is very unique and combines many styles, such as Cuban, NY Mambo, LA Style, Hip Hop and Jazz. The past 2 years, Ismael and Shani have traveled together to many Latin events all over the USA and Europe, performing and teaching and leaving their mark everywhere they went.

Every Tuesday join Marlon Int’l - Joel Salsa – DJ Tono La Conga – Alfredo Felix at Club Iguana’s for a night of salsa, cha cha and more! Get there early, grab a spot on a dance floor and enjoy an evening of good music and dance!
